Thaaat’s right followers, I’m in Texas! Soon to be reunited with my Other Half after about HOW MANY YEARS?! Just one and a half, but still… it feels like it’s been an eternity! Sadly, she’s stuck in New Jersey at the moment because of all the damn snow, but hopefully she’ll be here by tonight! I can’t wait to start taking pictures and catching up on each other’s lives. We’ve got a lot to talk about. You don’t even know how good it feels to know I’m over here, ready to spend an entire week with my second fam after years of separation. It reminds me of the time when we used to actually live together. Those were the good ol’ days. Wish we could go back in time.

Well, anyways tumblr. I just wanted to fill you in on what’s currently going on in my life. I know I haven’t had much time to talk about my day or my feelings, but hopefully after I drop AP Chemistry next semester, things will be easier. But then again, maybe not. I’ve still got some scholarship applications to fill out and some essays to write, ~~so I’ll catch you guys later. If you read this all the way through, thanks :) it’s because of followers like you who keep me blogggin` ahaha!~~

Eyekah says I sound high. Iono, but this blog isn’t the way I normally talk, wouldn’t you agree?! I think I’m getting sicker xD My nose won’t stop running, I now have a cough, and my head is still spinning. Ugh, what to do, what to do :P Anyway, thanks for reading ;)

Peppermint Patty

You will need:

2 cups milk

1/2 cup hot chocolate mix

1/4 cup peppermint schnapps, plus more as needed

whipped cream

sprinkles

In a saucepan heat 2 cups of milk over medium heat, just until steamy. About 5 minutes.

Once milk starts to steam whisk in hot chocolate mix. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until hot chocolate is desired temperature. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and whisk in 1/4 cup of peppermint schnapps. Taste. If desired, add more schnapps.

Ladle mixture into glasses, top with whipped cream and sprinkles.

Serve.
